Unfinished Carpentry & Raw Timber
In bespoke furniture, the raw wooden frame is the ultimate test of honesty. No lacquer to hide imperfections, no veneer to mask weakness. Explore our solid beech skeletons before finishing.
From Raw Timber to Architectural Skeleton
Raw Solid Timber Selection & Kiln Seasoning
Every master piece begins with kiln-dried Grade-A Romanian Red Beech. We inspect grain density, knots, and moisture levels (8-10%) to prevent any future warping, creaking, or humidity stress.
Architectural Framing & Mortise-and-Tenon Joinery
We do not rely on fragile staples or quick screws. Main structural joints are interlocked using traditional mortise-and-tenon and solid corner reinforcement blocks, giving the frame immense weight-bearing strength.
Artisanal Hand-Carving & Curved Architectural Shaping
Damietta master woodcarvers shape organic curves, fluted reliefs, and sculptural legs by hand. Before any primer touches the wood, the client can touch the raw sculpture and inspect every curve.
Client Inspection on the Raw Wood (Pre-Finishing Approval)
Transparency is our hallmark. You are invited to inspect your pieces in their raw wooden state at our factory or receive high-definition video documentation before we proceed to lacquer and upholstery.
